Another Year in new York

We are pleased to share that the Simple Flair Apartment New York has been renewed for another year inside the Greenwich, the residential tower designed by Rafael Viñoly overlooking the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline.

Over the past year, the Apartment has become a platform for gatherings, private appointments, creative exchanges and collaborations, welcoming a growing community of designers, brands, architects, collectors, journalists and cultural voices from New York and beyond.

As the project enters a new chapter, the Apartment continues its evolution through an updated layout and a curated selection of new pieces that further enrich the dialogue between design, art and contemporary living.

Among the latest additions are the Nerone Stool, Bruto Stool and Frank Lantern Table by Aptitude Objects, a selection of collectible works presented in collaboration with Zarolat Gallery, including the Iggy Chair by House of Roro, Vase 02 and Ovni by Apapacho.World, alongside artworks by Steven Lane and Zarolat. Joining the space are also the distinctive Rubber Lamps and Rubber Table by Atelier Fomenta.

The Apartment has always been conceived as a living environment rather than a finished interior. An evolving space where new objects, ideas and collaborations continuously reshape the experience of the home.

One year later, that vision remains unchanged.

The Apartment continues to grow, collecting new stories, new partnerships and new perspectives, all while overlooking one of New York’s most iconic views.
